Claire’s career spans over two decades in tech, creative agencies and people teams, which means she joins the dots between all these things to create powerful insights and deep realisations for leaders that catalyse lasting transformation. Claire started her career working client-side before becoming a consultant and sees things from a client, customer and business perspective. In 2019 she founded Imagine Beyond to help leaders—from company founders to MDs, senior leaders, and HR professionals- think more creatively and explore new possibilities with excitement. As an accomplished leader, Claire has worked with leaders of FTSE100, Fortune 500 companies, SMEs and startups. Claire’s accolades include being voted as one of The Dots Top 100 Rising Stars, being chosen as one of Grant Thornton’s Faces of a Vibrant Economy, and is one of The Dots Female Trailblazer nominees.
