Meet Marcelina Adamczyk
“I breathe movement. It’s always been with me and still is. I started my body-mind exploration journey in a ballet school when I was 5 years old and since then I’ve done different kinds of movement practices – contemporary dance, street dance, couple dances, intuitive dance, and yoga. My huge passion is to explore the outside world by paying more attention to the inner world. That’s why I decided to embark on the journey of discovering different techniques and approaches to the body-mind connection. Recently, I am mainly focusing on yoga and movement meditation. I am sharing my practice with others by giving regular classes, workshops, and retreats.”
